Kandarp Desai works as Senior Manager of Engineering at Xactly, where he responsible for the Xactly Insights application which provides a varieties of benchmarking data metrics to Xactly customers. In his previous roles, he architected and built complex ads serving, reporting and analytics systems using big data technology suites such as Hadoop, Hive, HBase and Cassandra.
