Umut Aytekin is Senior Director of Business Development at MapR where he is responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances. Prior to joining MapR, Umut spent 10 years as a management consultant advising senior executives on strategy, operations and technology at Booz Allen Hamilton, Booz & Company (now part of PWC) and Oliver Wyman. He holds a Masters and PhD from Northwestern University, enjoys spending time with family, and is an aspiring triathlete and surfer.
