Venkata is a Software Engineer in MapR, graduated recently with a Masters in Computer Science from Arizona State University. He works on eco-system components like Hive, Drill and mostly focused on Apache Drill. He is more interested on Distributed Systems and Big Data technologies. Prior to MapR, he did couple of internships, one from Intel and other from Apollo Group. Occasionally, takes time reading blogs and Quora articles. He also enjoys playing pingpong and badminton.
